GERMAN BOOKS

Because I do not understand the German language I can only recommend to go to the main source of the nutritional books (including cookbooks) from a spiritual-scientific perspective:

This is the website of the Arbeitskreis für Ernährungsforschung (The Group for Nutritional Research), led by Dr. Petra Kühne, the leading researcher and the most prolific writer in this field. Unfortunately, so far only two of their books have been translated into English (see English Books above).

  1. The average size of a booklet is about 60 pages.
  2. To my knowledge there are not many such books, but I have not been in position to make a proper world survey. If you are familiar with any book published in your country, please, let me know, including whether the book is still on sale (and if so, where people can buy it).
  3. German books are not included in this list.
